Summary
This study tested whether laughter yoga can help with premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms and quality of life in young women. Sixty-nine women aged 18-25 with PMS took part in laughter yoga sessions twice a week for four weeks, plus daily practice at home. The goal was to see if this fun, drug-free activity could reduce physical and emotional symptoms.
