NCT ID NCT07418112

First seen Feb 22, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study compares two methods to break up large or hard-to-remove stones in the bile or pancreatic ducts: a low-power laser and a shock-wave device. About 40 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments during an ERCP procedure. The goal is to see which method clears the stones more completely and safely.
