Keyhole vs open surgery: which is safer for pancreatic cancer?

Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques for removing pancreatic and nearby tumors. 90 patients will be randomly assigned to either traditional open surgery or minimally invasive laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery. Researchers want to see which approach causes fewer complications and leads to better recovery while still effectively removing the cancer.
