Summary

This study compares two surgical methods for removing pancreatic or nearby tumors: laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery and open surgery. The goal is to see which approach has fewer complications and better outcomes. About 90 adults with resectable tumors will take part, and researchers will track complications, lymph node removal, and recovery time.
