Summary
This study compares two surgical approaches for removing pancreatic and nearby tumors. Researchers want to know if a minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery is as safe and effective as the traditional open surgery. The trial will enroll 90 adult patients with resectable tumors and track their complications, recovery time, and cancer outcomes for 90 days after surgery.
