Could a simple scope improve stomach cancer survival?

Summary
This study looks at whether using a laparoscopic camera to check for cancer spread in the abdomen helps doctors choose better treatments for people with stage III stomach cancer. About 968 participants will be randomly assigned to either get this staging procedure or not. The main goal is to see if it improves 3-year survival rates.
