Keyhole surgery may unlock better stomach cancer treatment

Summary
This study looks at whether using a small camera to look inside the belly (laparoscopy) can help doctors choose the best treatment for people with stage III stomach cancer. About 968 patients will take part. The goal is to see if this extra step improves survival and helps find cancer spread that scans might miss.
