First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at how healthy adults use rhythm and timing to understand speech and other sounds. Researchers will use brain scans (EEG and MEG) and behavioral tests to measure brain activity. The goal is to learn more about how we predict when sounds will happen, which could help improve language learning. About 356 healthy volunteers aged 18-40 will take part.
