Summary

This study tests whether adding lamivudine, an antiviral drug, to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy can prevent or delay drug resistance in people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. About 28 adults will receive the combination treatment. The goal is to see if this approach improves how long the cancer stays under control.
