Summary
This study tests a drug called tarlatamab in 39 people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer, a fast-growing cancer that has spread. Tarlatamab is a special antibody that helps the body's immune cells find and attack cancer cells. The goal is to see if it can delay cancer growth and help patients live longer.
