First seen Nov 16, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (niraparib, temozolomide, and atezolizumab) in people with advanced solid tumors or extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that responded to initial chemotherapy. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combo helps keep cancer from growing longer than atezolizumab alone. About 59 adults are taking part in this early-phase trial.
