Summary
This study tested whether L-menthol, a mint-flavored compound, can reduce shortness of breath and improve exercise ability in people with COPD. Twenty adults with COPD cycled under different conditions to measure their breathing and performance. The goal was to see if L-menthol could make exercise feel easier.
