Summary
This study looks at a rare, serious disease called KSHV-associated multicentric Castleman's disease (MCD), which is caused by a virus and often leads to death within two years. Researchers are testing several experimental drug combinations to control the disease and learning how it affects the body. The study involves 75 adults who will have extra blood draws and tumor biopsies to help doctors better understand and treat this condition.
