Summary
This study tested whether Korean hand acupuncture (manupuncture) can reduce pain in women with endometriosis. 74 women were randomly assigned to receive either real acupuncture or a placebo treatment. The goal was to see if this gentle, non-drug approach could help manage pain that standard treatments don't fully control.
