Summary
This study tested whether Korean manupuncture—a hand-based acupuncture technique—could reduce pain in women with endometriosis. Researchers randomly assigned 74 women with endometriosis pain to receive either real hand acupuncture or a placebo treatment. The goal was to see if this complementary therapy could help manage pain when added to standard endometriosis care.
