NCT ID NCT07405086

First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study is testing whether getting immunotherapy in the morning or the afternoon makes it work better for people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors like lung, kidney, or skin cancer. Researchers think the body's internal clock might affect how the immune system responds. About 160 adults will be randomly assigned to morning or afternoon treatment to see which timing leads to better cancer control.
