Summary
This study looks at 50 adults having knee replacement surgery to see which type of anesthesia works best for controlling pain and reducing the need for painkillers in the first two days after surgery. Participants will get either general anesthesia or spinal anesthesia, each combined with a nerve block. The goal is to improve pain management and patient satisfaction.
