Summary
This study looks at 50 adults having knee replacement surgery to see which type of anesthesia works best for pain and reduces the need for painkillers in the first two days after surgery. Participants will receive either general anesthesia with a nerve block, spinal anesthesia with a nerve block, spinal anesthesia alone, or general anesthesia with an epidural. The goal is to find the safest and most effective way to manage pain after surgery.
