New CAR T-Cell therapy KITE-753 takes on axi-cel in lymphoma battle

Summary
This study tests a new treatment called KITE-753 against an approved CAR T-cell therapy (axi-cel) in adults with large B-cell lymphoma that came back or didn't respond to initial treatment. About 550 participants will receive one of the two therapies to see which works better at shrinking tumors and delaying cancer progression. The goal is to improve outcomes for people with this aggressive blood cancer.
