First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This phase 3 study tests whether a new treatment called KITE-753 works better than the current CAR T-cell therapy, axicabtagene ciloleucel, for adults with large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded after initial treatment. About 550 participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two therapies. The main goal is to see which treatment leads to more complete remissions at 6 months and longer event-free survival.
