First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving two drugs (loncastuximab tesirine and rituximab) before standard CAR-T cell therapy can improve outcomes for adults with large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to treatment. About 29 participants will receive this bridging therapy, and researchers will measure how many achieve complete remission 30 days after CAR-T, as well as monitor side effects like low blood counts and infections. The goal is to make CAR-T therapy more effective and safer for people with this aggressive cancer.
