NCT ID NCT06788964

First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving two drugs (loncastuximab tesirine and rituximab) before standard CAR-T cell therapy can improve outcomes for people with relapsed or hard-to-treat large B-cell lymphoma. About 29 adults will receive this bridging treatment to see if it makes the CAR-T therapy work better and causes fewer side effects. The goal is to improve cancer control, not to cure the disease.
