First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug combination (epcoritamab plus chemotherapy) in 32 adults whose large B-cell lymphoma has returned or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and help patients become eligible for a stem cell transplant or CAR T-cell therapy. Participants receive three 21-day cycles of the combination, then may continue with epcoritamab alone if they respond well.
