Summary

This study compares standard cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to CBT plus a group training called Kiesler Circle Training (KCT) that focuses on improving interpersonal skills. 156 adults with depression or anxiety and above-average social difficulties are participating. The goal is to see if adding KCT helps people interact better with others.
