Summary
This study follows 1,800 adults with chronic kidney disease (not on dialysis) to see how nutrition and lifestyle affect their health over time. Researchers will track heart health, bone health, thinking skills, and daily function using hospital records and a mobile app. The goal is to find better ways to prevent kidney disease from getting worse.
