Summary

This study looks at how a new medicine called PF-07328948 moves through the body and how safe it is in people with normal or reduced kidney function. About 28 adults aged 18 to 80 will take a single dose by mouth and stay at a research unit for 6 days. The results will help doctors understand if kidney problems change how the drug works.
