Summary
This study looks at how the body handles a single dose of the experimental drug PF-07328948 in adults with normal or reduced kidney function. About 28 participants aged 18 to 80 will take one tablet and stay at a clinic for 6 days for monitoring. The goal is to understand safety and drug processing, not to treat any condition.
