Summary
This study tested a single dose of the drug BMS-986278 in 27 people: some with healthy kidneys, some with severe kidney disease, and some on dialysis. The goal was to see how kidney problems affect drug levels and safety. Results will help doctors decide the right dose for future patients with kidney issues.
