First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a ketogenic diet can increase the number of calories your body burns each day and help control appetite after you've lost weight. Researchers will enroll 20 adults with obesity who are otherwise healthy. Participants will follow a keto diet, and their energy use and hunger levels will be measured in a special room called a calorimeter.
