Ketamine therapy holds promise for Treatment-Resistant depression

Summary
This study tests whether ketamine, combined with talk therapy, can help people with depression that hasn't improved with other treatments. About 25 adults will receive 1-2 doses of ketamine along with 3-4 psychotherapy sessions. Researchers will use brain scans to see how ketamine changes brain activity and whether it eases depression symptoms.
