Summary

This study tests if ketamine, given alongside psychotherapy, can help people with depression that hasn't improved with other treatments. About 25 adults will receive 1-2 doses of ketamine and 3-4 therapy sessions. Researchers will use brain scans and surveys to see if the treatment changes brain activity and eases depression symptoms.
