Summary
This study looks at how ketamine helps people with hard-to-treat depression and PTSD. Researchers will give participants ketamine with or without another drug called perampanel to see how it changes brain activity. The goal is to understand the brain processes behind ketamine's fast-acting antidepressant effects. About 50 adults with treatment-resistant depression will take part.
