Summary

This study looks at whether a single dose of intravenous ketamine can rapidly improve symptoms in adults with treatment-resistant depression. Researchers will measure changes in brain chemicals (GABA and glutamate) and depression scores. 30 participants will receive either ketamine or a placebo (salt water) infusion, and their progress will be tracked for 24 hours.
