Summary
This study tests whether giving ketamine before laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (a weight-loss surgery) can reduce pain after the operation. Researchers will compare how long it takes for patients to need extra pain medicine. The study involves 90 adults with a BMI between 35 and 60 who are otherwise healthy or have well-controlled health conditions.
