Summary
This study tests whether giving oxytocin through an IV during surgery can lower pain and the need for opioid painkillers after a minimally invasive hysterectomy. About 152 adults having this surgery will be randomly assigned to receive either oxytocin or a placebo. The goal is to find a safer way to manage post-operative pain.
