Can a common antifungal ease lung symptoms in bronchiectasis?

Summary
This study tests whether itraconazole, an antifungal drug, is safe and practical for people with bronchiectasis who have mold growing in their airways. About 30 adults will take the medication for 6 weeks. Researchers will track how many people join and stick with the treatment, and check for side effects and symptom changes.
