First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks back at the past 10 years to understand how many people in Denmark need a breathing machine at home through a tube in their windpipe. Researchers will track which diseases lead to this need and how many patients survive one year after starting. About 450 people with conditions like ALS, spinal cord injury, or muscular dystrophy will be included.
