Summary
This study looked at whether intermittent fasting can lower stress levels in women. Six women with mild to high stress tried one of two fasting diets or a normal diet for 8 weeks. Researchers used surveys, brain tests, and blood draws to measure changes. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
