New combo therapy aims to boost teen recovery from substance use

Summary
This study tests a new therapy called InTEGRA that combines 12-step support with motivational counseling to help teens aged 14-21 reduce alcohol and cannabis use. About 294 teens will be randomly assigned to InTEGRA or standard therapy. The goal is to see if InTEGRA leads to more days without substance use and fewer related problems.
