New program aims to boost heart health in black women

Summary

This study tests a program called Inspire HER for Black women aged 30-79 with heart, kidney, and metabolic risks. The program provides health education, physical activity, and social support to improve heart health and reduce stress. About 90 women in the Birmingham, AL area will take part. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful.
