New program aims to keep female athletes safer and stronger

Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week injury prevention program can improve lower-body power, agility, and balance in female college athletes in Saudi Arabia. About 30 athletes aged 18-35 will do warm-ups, stretches, and strength exercises. Results before and after the program will show if this tailored training helps reduce injury risks and boost performance.
