Tailored training aims to keep female athletes safer
NCT ID NCT07270614
Summary
This study is testing an 8-week sports training program designed specifically to prevent injuries in female college athletes. Researchers want to see if exercises focused on strength, balance, and agility can improve performance and lower the risk of getting hurt. The program is being tested on 30 female athletes in Saudi Arabia to see if it works better than programs originally made for men.
