This study looked at whether using common asthma inhalers for 4 weeks can change how blood vessels work in healthy people aged 18 to 40. Participants used either Ventolin, Symbicort, or a placebo inhaler and had tests like lung function, exercise, and ultrasound of arm arteries. The goal was to see if long-term inhaler use might affect heart health, even in people without asthma.
