Summary

This study aims to find the causes of immune system problems that make people prone to infections. Up to 2,000 participants (patients with frequent infections and their healthy blood relatives, aged over 1 month) will undergo medical history, physical exams, blood tests, genetic testing, and imaging. The study does not offer treatment but may identify candidates for future NIH research or treatment studies.
