Summary
This study offers extra stem cells from a half-matched family donor to patients getting a cord blood transplant for serious blood cancers, immune problems, or inherited metabolic disorders. The goal is to help the bone marrow recover faster while the cord blood cells take over permanently. It is for patients at high risk of slow or failed engraftment.
