Summary

This study tests a drug called indoximod, which helps the immune system fight cancer, in children aged 3 to 21 with certain brain tumors. It includes kids with progressive glioblastoma, medulloblastoma, or ependymoma, and those newly diagnosed with DIPG. The drug is given alongside standard chemotherapy and radiation to see if it can slow tumor growth and improve survival.
