Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week home-based breathing exercise called Inspiratory Muscle Strength Training (IMST) can reduce dementia risk in adults aged 60-80. Participants will have at least one risk factor for dementia, such as high blood pressure or memory concerns. The goal is to see if IMST improves blood pressure, thinking skills, mood, and sleep quality.
