Virtual volunteering program aims to get young stroke survivors back to work

Summary
This study tests a 6-week online program that combines personal skill-building with inclusive volunteering to help young stroke survivors (ages 18-64) improve their ability to work. 160 participants will be randomly assigned to either the program plus usual care or usual care alone. The goal is to see if the program boosts work ability, confidence, and quality of life.
