New study aims to boost cholesterol treatment in heart disease patients

Summary
This study tests different approaches to help patients with high cholesterol and heart disease get the right medicines to lower their cholesterol. About 300 adults at high risk or with established artery disease will take part. The goal is to see which method helps more patients reach their target LDL cholesterol levels.
