Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app called Empower My Congenital Health (EmpowerMyCH) designed to help adults with congenital heart disease feel more confident managing their own healthcare. The app includes a digital medical passport, educational information, community support, and patient stories. Researchers will enroll 1000 adults to see if the app is easy to use, acceptable, and helpful.
