Summary
This early-phase study tested whether combining the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab with precise, high-dose radiation (SBRT) is feasible for people with advanced soft-tissue sarcoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. Nine participants were enrolled to see if they could complete the treatment plan. The goal was to control the disease, not to cure it, as ongoing management is still needed.
