Summary
This study tests a chemotherapy combination (pemetrexed and cisplatin) in people with advanced or recurrent soft tissue sarcoma that has not responded well to previous treatments. The goal is to see if this drug pair can slow or stop tumor growth. About 164 adults with specific sarcoma subtypes will take part, and the study will measure how long they live without the cancer getting worse.
