Summary

This study tests whether giving immunotherapy (dupilumab) before surgery can help people with a common type of colorectal cancer (MSS) that has spread to the liver. About 24 participants will receive the treatment and then have surgery to remove liver tumors. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink or eliminate cancer cells before surgery.
